Illuminate Displays ("Illuminate Displays," "we," "us," or "our") provides event display and digital signage rental services, including LED posters, video walls, interactive displays, kiosks, TVs, projection, and related support services.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and not to: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems; Interfere with the website’s operation or security; Use the website to transmit harmful code (malware) or spam; Misrepresent your identity or provide false information in forms. 3) Quotes, Availability, and Bookings
Requesting a quote: Submitting a request through our website does not guarantee availability and does not create a binding agreement.
Availability: Equipment and staffing availability depends on event date, location, scope, venue access, and schedule.
Booking confirmation: A booking is only confirmed when both parties agree to the final scope and terms and you receive written confirmation from Illuminate Displays (for example, via email and/or a signed agreement).
4) Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices shown on the website (if any) are for informational purposes and may not reflect your final quote. Final pricing is provided in a written quote or agreement based on your event requirements. Taxes, fees, delivery, labor, and add-ons may apply depending on the project. Payment terms (deposit, balance due dates, and accepted methods) will be provided in your quote or agreement.
5) Delivery, Setup, and Teardown
Setup + teardown are typically included in rental service scope unless stated otherwise in writing. Delivery is quoted separately unless stated otherwise in writing. You are responsible for providing accurate venue details, load-in instructions, and access requirements. If venue access, timing, or conditions differ from what was provided, additional charges or schedule changes may be required.
6) Client Responsibilities
To help ensure a smooth event, you agree to: Provide accurate event details (date, venue, schedule, and contact person); Provide safe, reasonable access for delivery and installation; Ensure adequate power and space are available; Obtain any required venue approvals or permits; Use the equipment responsibly and follow any operating guidance provided.
7) Content Provided by You
If you provide logos, videos, images, or other content for display: You represent you have the rights to use and share that content; You grant us permission to use it solely to perform services for your event; You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content. We are not responsible for issues caused by content that is low resolution, incorrectly formatted, or provided late.
8) Intellectual Property
All website content (text, design, graphics, logos, and other materials) is owned by Illuminate Displays or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without our prior written permission.
9) Testimonials, Portfolio, and Event Photos
We may document completed setups for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you need your event to remain confidential, notify us in writing before the event.
10) Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may include links to third-party websites or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
11) Disclaimers
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
